Are you Licensed and Insured?
Absolutely! We’re licensed in all required cities, counties and states we operate in, and we are fully insured for your protection. We also background check every cleaner for your peace of mind.
How do I cancel or reschedule?
Easy as bippity boppidy boo. Just scroll down and contact us to let us know. We’ll reach out to you to confirm as quickly as we can.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We partner with Stripe to accept all major credit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay and more!
When is payment due?
For all new customers, payment will be due prior to our cleaner’s arrival. We will contact you via text with a link to our payment partner, Stripe. Once paid. your booking will be finalized.
For established customers with a Stripe profile, you will be charged upon completion of the clean.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
We bring all our own royal-grade cleaning supplies, including eco- and pet-friendly products. No need to stock anything unless you have something specific you want us to use.
Do you clean same-day or last-minute bookings?
Throwing a last minute ball? We get it. We do run a pretty tight schedule, but contact us below. We’re great at keeping up, and we’ll try to fit you in like a nice glass slipper.
What if I’m not happy with the clean?
If it’s not fit for Queen, we’ll make it right. Just let us know within 24 hours and we’ll return to touch up anything that was missed. A 5-Star review is our only goal.
Will I receive before and after photos?
Off in a far away land? Rest easy, we’ll send you a link with easy to access before and after photos after every clean.
Are your cleaners background checked?
Yes — every member of our royal crew is thoroughly vetted and background-checked by fairy godmothers (and actual professionals).
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Not at all. As long as we have entry instructions, we’ll wave our wand and get to work — whether you’re home or away.
What is your Pet Policy
From Gus the mouse, to Olaf the reindeer, we absolutely love our furry family members… From a distance. Please be sure to have them properly restrained, and let us know in the booking instructions.
Do you handle laundry for Airbnb or Vrbo turnovers?
Yes! On-site laundry is included with every STR clean. If you’d prefer we whisk the laundry away to speed up turnaround time and save on utilities, just select the option when booking.
Will you restock hospitality items for my Airbnb?
We offer what we call Guest Ready Magic — we’ll restock items from your supply closet (like toiletries, paper products, and coffee) and let you know when anything’s running low.
Can you report damage or guest issues after a stay?
Yes, we’re your eyes and ears between guests. We’ll report any unusual messes, damage, or missing items — and include photo documentation with every clean.
Can I set up recurring cleanings for my vacation rental?
Absolutely. We love serving repeat royalty. Once established, a simple text message with check out dates will be all it takes. We have other options as well. Just ask.
