Absolutely! We’re licensed in all required cities, counties and states we operate in, and we are fully insured for your protection. We also background check every cleaner for your peace of mind.

We partner with Square to accept all major credit cards, debit cards, Google Pay and Apple Pay. All with NO FEE!
We request pre-authorization (like at a gas station or hotel) upon booking. Your card will not be charged until your clean is complete and satisfactory.
We bring all our own royal-grade cleaning supplies, including eco- and pet-friendly products. No need to stock anything unless you have something specific you want us to use.
Throwing a last minute ball? We get it. We do run a pretty tight schedule, but contact us below. We’re great at keeping up, and we’ll try to fit you in like a nice glass slipper.
If it’s not fit for Queen, we’ll make it right. Just let us know within 24 hours and we’ll return to touch up anything that was missed. A 5-Star review is our only goal.

Yes — every member of our royal crew is thoroughly vetted by our Fairy Godmothers (and actual humans) Many have their own insurance or have been background-checked for your safety, and ours.
Not at all. As long as we have entry instructions, we’ll wave our wand and get to work — whether you’re home or away.
From Gus the mouse, to Olaf the reindeer, we absolutely love our furry family members… From a distance. Please be sure to have them properly restrained, and let us know in the booking instructions.
Yes! Off-site laundry is included with every STR clean. If you’d prefer we complete the laundry on site, just select the option when booking. The off-site laundry option allows us to complete your turnover in a timely manner so your place is ready at check-in time.
We offer what we call Guest Ready Magic — we’ll restock items from your supply closet (like toiletries, paper products, and coffee) and let you know when anything’s running low.
Need a supply run? No worries, for a nominal fee, we’ll shop and stock for you. Contact us for more details.
Yes, we’re your eyes and ears between guests. We’ll report any unusual messes, damage, or missing items — and include photo documentation with every clean.
Absolutely. We love serving repeat royalty. Once established, a simple text message with check out dates will be all it takes. We have other options as well. Just ask.
