Terms of Service and Disclaimer

These Terms of Service govern your use of the website and services provided by Cindi’s Castle Cleaning (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking a service or using this website, you agree to these terms.


1. Services Provided

Cindi’s Castle Cleaning offers cleaning services for short-term rentals (STRs), residential homes, and move-in/move-out situations, commercial cleaning. Services may include general surface cleaning, bathroom and kitchen sanitation, floor cleaning, restocking of host-supplied items, and other tasks as listed at the time of booking. We reserve the right to decline or cancel services if conditions are unsafe, unsanitary, or outside the agreed scope of work.


2. Independent Contractors

All cleaning services are performed by vetted independent contractors. They are not employees of Cindi’s Castle Cleaning. They are independent business owners. While we perform background checks and maintain high quality standards, we are not responsible for the individual conduct or actions of independent contractors outside the scope of their cleaning assignment and our insurance coverage.


3. Scheduling and Booking

Bookings are made online via a third-party service. We are not responsible for technical issues, booking errors, or outages on the part of third-party platforms.

You are responsible for ensuring that the date, time, and access instructions provided are accurate. We may reschedule services in the event of contractor availability conflicts, emergencies, or weather-related issues.


4. Pricing, Payments and Deposits

Service rates are provided at the time of booking. All payments must be made through approved cashless methods. We currently accept secure online payments through Square, which supports major credit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and bank transfers. It also supports auto-pay for our regular customers. 

New customers are required to submit a deposit equivalent to 2 hours at the provided rate. Once the deposit is received, your booking will be confirmed. Your balance will be due immediately upon completion of the cleaning project. 
Established customers Once you have become an established customer, your booking will be confirmed without the need for a deposit. Your balance will be due immediately upon completion of the cleaning project.  You may set up a automatic payments for your convenience. Invoicing and ACH are available to established customers. 

Prices are subject to change and may vary depending on location, service type, and size of the property. Any additional services not listed in the original booking may incur additional charges and must be approved prior to service.


5. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

New Customers: Your deposit will be used toward your payment once services are rendered, and refunded as follows:
7+days prior to booking: Full refund
48+ hours prior to booking, reschedules allowed. 
Less than 48 hours, no refund. New deposit required prior to rescheduling. 
Same-day cancellations or failure to provide access to the property will result in a cancellation of your appointment and loss of your deposit. 

Established Customers: As we do not collect deposits and we occasionally ask for flexibility in our scheduling, we allow reschedules up to the previous day. 
Same-day cancellations or failure to provide access to the property may result in a full charge for the scheduled service.


6. Laundry Service

We do not provide laundry service for residential customers.
Vacation rental customers may be provided options such as on-site or off-site laundering of customer supplied linens. We do not supply linens on a rental basis. You may have us purchase new or replacement linens using our shopping service.

We are not responsible for:

  • Damage to linens due to prior stains, wear, or improper care instructions

  • Lost or missing items not received or picked up at the time of service

Laundry services are provided as a convenience only. For specialty or sentimental items, we recommend handling those personally.


7. Satisfaction Guarantee

We aim to provide high-quality cleaning services and customer satisfaction. In many cases, you will receive a phone call from us at the end of your clean to ensure complete satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with your clean, please contact us within the same day. We will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue promptly.


8. Limitations of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage, excessive wear, or structural issues

  • Damage to paint from cleaning stained walls, doors and surfaces

  • Loss or damage due to improperly secured valuables or property

  • Failures resulting from the use of client-supplied products or tools

  • Delays caused by weather, traffic, property inaccessibility, or third-party platforms

  • Damages resulting from jobs that are incomplete due to lack of access or inaccurate booking details

We do not perform cleaning services involving lead paint, mold, asbestos, biohazards, pest infestations, or hazardous waste, including but not limited, needles/sharps or the presence of illegal drugs.


9. Third-Party Services

This website may use embedded tools, forms, calendars, and scheduling platforms provided by third parties (including Google, or others). Your use of these tools is subject to the privacy policies and terms of the respective platforms.

We are not responsible for data collection, outages, or errors caused by third-party services.


10. Content and Intellectual Property

All text, images, logos, and other content on this website are the property of Cindi’s Castle Cleaning unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, distribute, or reuse any content without written permission.


11. Disclaimer

All content provided on this website is for general informational purposes only. We do not guarantee that all services are suitable for every property. Individual results may vary.

Cindi’s Castle Cleaning is not responsible for decisions made based on website content, including booking decisions, product choices, or cleaning expectations.


12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the site or services indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
